Pacific Northwest Grand Banks Rendezvous recap

We just got home from the Pacific Northwest Grand Banks rendezvous in Roche Harbor. Our first rendezvous. We are not social boaters. The preferred limits of our social interaction is waving at other boaters as we pass by. So going to the rendezvous was a different experience for us.

We had a nice time. The weather was great. We met some great folks. I think there were about 60 boats. We'll go back next year.

There are several GB owners in our marina who keep trying to persuade us to attend that event. If they held it somewhere else we might consider going sometime. But we both hate Roche Harbor with a passion so would never attend for that reason alone. That and the fact that being jammed in with a bunch of yappy boaters like an RV park is not our idea of boating.
