Relocating a boat is messy. You need to leave a car at location B. Then drive to location A. Drive boat from A> B. Drive from B to A to collect car at A.

Requires 2 people, 2 cars, multiple journeys. Unless you can use scheduled transport links. Or friends.

Why the move and why EB? That's like Seattle, which is ugh! Left there nearly 30 years ago, wouldn't move back if they gave me the place.
