Thanks!

You are already on the board and covered, so looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend. We had a prior dinner reservations with some friends on our boat, but I'll sure we'll have time for a cocktail or wine during the weekend. Just give aus a long blast on the way in and then aim for the dock with the canopy on the end.

We'll be there to grab a line,

Mark & Cindy

Ray, I'm planning on going to the guest dock where the fuel pumps are located, unless otherwise directed. (See Dswizzler's post above.) Look at the layout drawing in the marina's website.

I'd pull into the slips alongside Delta Swizzler, if they're open. In the past, the marina office told me to just take whatever is open. Getting three together would also be a plus.

Delta_JimS, just to confirm, you're driving there, not boating, right?

Hi Guys my name is Wayne new member sorry never saw your posting bit late to join your outing if you plan another out soon please let me know I have 48 LRC Hatteras

Wayne, first of all, welcome! Looks like you've been lurking for a while. Glad you're joining in.

We have a social group for California Delta and Bay boaters here. We often list our plans here, but also use the general forums for wider notification. Please join the group and subscribe to new posts so you hear what's planned.

Where do you keep your Hatt? I hope you can post up some boat pics when you get the chance. If you're in the area and just want to drive over to meet up with us, please feel free. The more, the merrier.

Boat is based in alameda Grand Marina will post pics later tonite if possible thanks for response will love to meet up with you guys Boats name is New Adventure

It's quite difficult to arrange get-togethers because everyone has many conflicting demands on their time. But if enough of us attempt to coordinate, hopefully two, three, or four of us can get it together at any particular time, hopefully at least quarterly.

How about Ayala (Hospital) Cove in March, the deep Delta the Fourth of July, Farallon Islands/Drake's Bay in September, China Beach in October, and ...?

...Santa Cruz Island in May.

Yikes. Sounds like a two to four-week trip to get there, spend some time, and then return. Got EPIRB and life raft?

We can get down there in about 38-40 hours (down hill all the way!). We can hug the coast. I have an EPIRB but not a raft...I'll just get on your boat.

We're all set for an Italian dinner tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.

Great! The crab cakes will be ready for a 5PM happy hour. Come happy, dress warm.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow! Our tentative ETA is 1330.

. Come happy

Perla's ice-cold margaritas should help.

Expect the tidal currents to be weird. We've king tides this weekend. Our expectant ETA is between 1400 and 1500.

It going to be so cold this weekend, I'm thinking of drinking warm beer! We had a frosty low 30's at the house this morning. Margaritas, Lemon-cello and warm Sierra Nevadas!! Should be a fun weekend!!

I wish those guys could make it!! I know they'd show up in colorful shirts, shorts, pink hats and tropical drinks with umbrellas!!

Looking forward to our rendezvous tomorrow. We're in Vallejo tonight. Plan to load up with water in the morning and head out. Hors d'oeuvres at 5:00 postmeridian sounds perfect. I'll have the boat warmed and ready.

Alright!! Mahalo Moi is the party barge this weekend!! I'll bring my own cleanup towel this time!

Ray, when I arrive, I'll be headed right to the fuel dock. Please feel free to c'mon by waving your credit card.

After refueling, I'll reposition for the night.

Mark, am I going to have to take my shoes off (and keep the socks on) when I board the Mighty Coot?

Ugh wish we could go. What time are you leaving your slip Al? We can bring over that UHMW tape. We are hitting the road at 11 to get back for our carpool to the Niners game.

The boat was 48 when we arrived around 8:30 tonight. Took the webasto awhile to warm up before it started blowing. It's been going for the past hour and a half and we're up to 64. Y'all stay warm now, ya hear?!? Same goes for us being outside tomorrow night!! Brrr!!

Yes, if that's your custom! ...

and I need to get fuel too.

Ray's heater works great. He had to turn it down on our last visit. (The Coot has none except for a tiny electric which only takes the edge off. We rely on blankets and body heat.)
