Mini TF Rendevous

Bumped into the lovely Donna and the even lovelier Drew (DMartin) at a MTOA lunch today!

A rose between two thorns!

Wifey B: I'm sure you all had fun. Want to tell us about the rendezvous?

It was the monthly FCC (First Coast) MTOA region meeting. Usually they hold a luncheon somewhere like Palm Coast, Flagler, St Augustine or Jax.

This month they did a mini-cruise for Friday and Saturday night to The Marina At Ortega Landing. With the optional lunch being today. They had 11 boats cruise up.

We drove over as we are prepping Sonas to depart for the Chesapeake first thing on Monday.

We still have a good number of things to do, including fuelling tomorrow morning - and unfortunately the Heat Index for JAX tomorrow is forecast at 110!

Wifey B: Sure glad we live where it's not so hot.

At Ortega marina and I can tell you it’s HOT! Had to cover and draw shades on all windows! Still having a great time! Southerly hosted drinks and appetizers on board last night for the palm coast yacht club. We brought up 6 boats. A good time was had by all. Even this good little boater!
