This afternoon I sanded back the internal doors and hatches then gave them a couple of heavy coats of high build primer. Iíll leave them alone for a few days to off gas and harden before flipping over and doing the other side. Once that was done and everything cleaned up, I popped upstairs and finished installing the pvc pipe for the wiring to pass through for the external items yet to be fitted to the roof. The wires will pass through it and down into the engine room then connected to wherever it is supposed to connect to. Inside; Iíll enclose the pipe in timber then upholster it in vinyl. The timber frames will also act as a strut to support the weight of the roof so it doesnít put pressure on the sliding door. Well thatís the plan today. It may change tonight or tomorrow haha.

Matt, you sir, are a machine. I don't think my hyperactive son could keep up with you when he was younger. You're knocking stuff off your list faster than I could make a list.

I have pvc pipes running between the top and headliner that carries the wires for the equipment on the mast; radar, gps, tv antenna, etc. Donít forget to leave a pull string for the future!

This afternoon to flipped the panels over and gave them a hit with some more high build epoxy primer. I gave the toilet door another coat all over because the coat I put on yesterday was a bit thin in places and I wasnít happy with the coverage. Weather permitting Iíll be able to gun on some Epoxy topcoat in gloss white then fit them in the coming week but first some more sanding haha

Today I guide coated the doors and panels then sanded smooth with 320 grit discs. Once that was done I went inside and epoxy primed the wardrobe and door jambs.

Thereís too much moisture in the air to spray the topcoats so thatís it for today.
