Measurements of keel position? Anyone?

Hi All

I want to haul my boat on my clubs marine ways. This ways has a 16 ft long bed that has 3 moveable 22 inch tall stands. If I can get some info as to the position of the keel, like maybe the distance from the transom to the aft end. And a measurement of the length and max depth of the keel that would allow me to position the stands to haul my boat.

If anybody has this info (or a piece of it) that would be great. Otherwise I will need to hire a diver to get the info.

Thanks
Roger

What type/size of boat do you have? Your avatar is a sailboat and no profile info listed.

Here's a thread with specs and drawings. One scale drawing of the profile of the 34 shows the keel ending at approximately the aft edge of the pilot house. If you print it out and use known distances (i.e. door width or window height) as a reference, you can calculate the approximate keel depth. It should get you close enough for placing stands in the right positions.
