I was confused long before I bought my first boat. A slide rule caused a good part of that. That's why Post It Notes were invented.

And, it is a well-known fact that this spice is absorbed directly through the skin, and increases confusion. In combination with alcohol it can be particularly effective. Confucious knew this.
