Picture Control Panel "X'd" out

When ever I click on and open a thumbnail in a post, the photo comes up but the Control Panel that is usually at the bottom of the screen in just an outline with a red X.

Yep,
Appears that way and you can only view one pic at a time , ie you can't forward onto another pic in the series.

just a quick comment on this...the buttons are all there, if you roll your cursor over where they "should be" you might see some text pop up one has the word "next" in it and that works. just annoyiing not having the buttons to see.

The buttons are all working for me today
