Where in the Control Panel is the screen for changing the text that sits below one's avatar photo? I've found the screen for changing the signature that is included at the bottom of a post, but have been unable to find the screen for changing the avatar text details under the avatar photo. Thanks.

Where it says;
"City, town or port" ....... please include what state you're from. There's thousands of small cities and towns that most of us have never heard of. Many posts are location relative so it helps greatly to know generally where the people you're talking to are from.
