Certainly if a user is inclined to service, although some have more knowledge of inboards. Still, I'd agree that overall servicing of an outboard is easier for most people. I must confess I've never owned an outboard although my father did have them.
And the price I quoted was what they tend to sell for, not what they list for on yachtworld.
