Going out of town today so we are in Houston to catch our flight. I got up early and drove down (an hour away)to seabrook TX. to put eyes on this gem.... it's under contract quite rare to find one like this, sell price was around $165,000. Timing is everything and mine was off

Wow, she looks like she belongs in a museum. You are right about timing - we missed out one one boat when looking, but then got lucky with the current one (made an offer a day after I first saw her and before the wife even had a chance to step on board).
