Westlake Trawler

I just bought a 1980 54' Westlake pilothouse Trawler.* Westlake Yacht Sales had 54' and 60' trawlers built in taiwan in the 80's.* They went out of business in 1988.* The Manufacturer Id Code is ENZ.* Has anyone else seen another trawler like this?* I think most are on the west coast.

I think that was the only Westlake I could see on the net.
Do you know how many were built.
It looks like the survey done in 06 was good , did you have it resurveyed.

I heard from the broker that there were 12 54' built... I did have a full survey and the boat is in pretty good shape.* I drove it 8 hours from Annapolis south to the Potomac river at* 2000rpm/10Knts and she ran like a clock.* Then up the St Mary's river to anchor out and watch fireworks, all good.

I should have put the post under Taiwanese trawlers... I may re post it there...
