Hello all, I just joined this site tonight. I recently purchased a Willard Horizen 30 Model. I am having her repowered from a Perkins 4-107 to 4-108. The 4-107 that was in her was in bad shape and none of the hoses and wiring was hooked up so have run into a few problems. Question 1). There is a T or Y Connector to a Red Water Hose in the Engine Room, what does this hook up to. Question 2). 2 Red Water Hoses from the Hot Water Heater where do these hook up to? Question 3). 3 Red Water Hoses go up underneath the chart table in the Pilot House from the engine room, where do these go to? Question 4). I am moving the starting battery to the beam just above where the Transmission connects to the Engine beside the Maine Mast, & adding 2 or more large yacht batteries aft near the water tanks which I will hook up to Solar Panels & Wind Turbines, would be interested to hear thoughts on this. Question 5). I welcome any other advise on Repowering and or Rewiring.
