Seals for gen set hatch , other storage stern hatches.

The rubber gasket or “seals” have all worn away and when it rains the water runs into the hatch and over the lip and into the boat. Rear bilge and storage always seems to be wet/damp

Any special gasket or seal to use or just weather stripping. Also not sure or original thickness

Any thoughts
