Is the top loading fridge on the Pilot 30 II a DC only unit, or does it run on AC as well?

Do you have AC and DC circuit breakers for the fridge?

I haven't purchased the boat yet. There is a DC breaker for the fridge but no AC breaker. However, many times the fridge is plugged in to the "outlets" AC breaker but not visible.
I'm asking any pilot 30 II owners that have the top load fridge if it's both AC and DC.

I have the Pilot 34, when I'm not using shore power DC ref must be on. With shore power on DC ref off and the AC outlet switch should be on.

It runs off both either AC or DC depending on what you haveon. The refrigerator is plugged into a receptacle under the counter top. Thereceptacle is tied to the outlets breaker on the AC side of your panel. Thefrig also has a dial switch inside the frig, left hand side upper corner. Ifthe AC outlets switch is off it will still pull power from the DC side if the dialswitch in the frig is on.
