I believe this is it..learned from either here or the yahoo group. Haven't done the job yet but the directions I've seen you use a 2x4 and wedge it in window and lightly tap to expand the frame just enought to get the windows out. Then you need to pick out all the old "fur." It's on my list as mine is gross and not even furry anymore (78 MK1) Just my .02
