Purchased Mainship 40 Sedan Bridge

I finalized purchasing this boat today. I will be bringing it to my marina next week. Will be a short cruise on Tellico and Fort Loudon lakes in TN. Looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience in a boat this size. Then embarking on many cruises on the TN River system.

Welcome and congratulations! There is a Mainship 40 on our dock. I really like the design of those boats. Hope you have many happy years of cruising.

Welcome aboard. Nice access to the bow on that boat.

That's kind of a classic boat. Not a lot of them around, but nice looks and features. Love the stairs instead of ladders!

Thanks. You three hit the very reasons for me purchasing this boat. I'm a big guy so the design and layout works for me. The stairs instead of a ladder is a huge plus (knee surgery on December) and the walk through to the bow gives me easy access. I think it is the perfect boat for me. Was thinking of renaming and realized Perfect Match actually is correct.

Nice looking boat. I like the lines of the "older" boats much better than the new Euro designs. Congratulations on a good find.
