I just found out both my auto pilots were on for about 7 weeks.I don't know how I always turn them off.I found my house battery low . Could they draw down battery if the battery charges is on? TomThe boat is stored in the watering in the north east and not used. It's a 40 ft mainship trawler.

No, if the battery charger is ON and the panel is getting AC voltage, then the autopilots would not draw down the batteries. The battery charger should be capable of pushing significantly more DC amperage than an idle autopilot could possibly draw.
