ABS White Louvered Vent direct replacement? 2001 MS 390

Looking for direct replacement ABS White Louvered Vent on MS 390 that is on aft end of flybridge bench seats. Measured approx 7 7/8 wide by 3 7/8 high. No mfg info, but some unfamiliar logo on front. . Any leads greatly appreciated!
