34t mainship problems

We just bought a 34 t from coeymans marina in coeyman outside of Albany . We cant get the A/c to get cold.The only access it seems is through a small vent undr the couch. Any ideas would help

Does that mean you've got positive water flow through the unit? Pump is primed, good discharge?

Is the unit set to Cool or Auto, versus Heat? (In Albany, I could imagine the last time it was set, it could have been set to Heat only.)

Does the panel display show you any fault codes?
