34 main ship trawler

Hi all
Just took possession of a new to us 2006 trawler. Lots to learn. Going to start simple,does this vessel have an engine room light switch or is it only controlled by the dc breaker

Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on the new boat. Common for many boats to control ER light's from the breaker panel.

There is just the breaker on the DC panel.

Congrats on your new vessel. The Mainship is a great value. We replaced our engine room light bulbs with super bright LED replacement bulbs from superbrightleds.com. No more burned out bulbs, no more hot fixtures and if you forget to turn them off, no harm no foul.
