Fuzzy Weather Strip and Anti-Rattle

When I didn't need this stuff I could remember what it was called. They used it in our sliding windows. I am replacing a window that cracked from vibration and need to replace this in this window as well as several others. Can anyone tell me what it is called and where to purchase some that will fit our Taiwanese windows? The glass was the easy part.

That's what I've been trying to track down as well.

I've got that certain rpm when the windows are noisier than the engine.
