Any info on Hyatt boats?

Hi all,

New user here.. We have just made an offer on a 1993 Hyatt 40 sundeck motor yacht. The boat appears in good shape. Has had window leaks as most Asian boats seem to have had at some point, but has aluminum window frames. The boat has Cat 3116 engines which caused some concern but with 1500 hours I do not believe they had the soft blocks. We have a sea trial next week.

Honestly, I am not familiar with Hyatt. The doesn't seem to be many about.
Any information good, bad, or otherwise would be appreciated.
