We have a storage lot, and some of the smaller boats are kept on trailers thru the winter; also, a number of slips for sale. Sign of the times.

I like that. I wish my marina had one.

Well, I also wish they would fix the loose boards on the docks, the broken gates and bathroom doors, and a few other things.

It doesn't hurt to wish.

Odd, it appears that just about everyone at your marina docks bow in while everyone at my marina (a similar layout) docks stern in.

I wonder why that is?

Our marina has a ton of security cameras but they're not online. Wish they were so we could see the boat when we're not there.

Our marina is mixed with bow-in/stern-in. Doesn't seem to matter the size of the boat or the location of the slip. I think it's more the comfort level of the skipper.
