Slip in exhaust silencers....experinece?

Have any of you seen the slip in mufflers for marine exhausts? I have had Metcalf Marine (kudos for a nice part) make me a SS spacer to raise my mixer elbow, now that I don't have the "belly" in my exhaust essentially making a poor mans wet muffler the exhaust is significantly louder. I don't think I have room for a true water-lift and will probably have to go with an inline style but was wondering about these slip in types.

Hve you had any luck contacting these folks? The email they provide bounced and the chatline won't take messages.

I haven't tried to contact them yet. I was looking for unbiased opinions first as I'm sure if you ask them they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. Here's the same idea on Ebay

I sent GGB an email to see if these are suitable for diesel engines.
