32 foot Cape Islander Nova Scotia built boat

In the very near future I am going to look a used vessel, it is a 32 foot Cape Islander built in Nova Scotia, I was hoping the experience on this forum would provide some feed back with respect to know problem area's on the boat, from what I have read this type of hull "the down east lobster boat hull" has a very good reputation, that being said there is always the other side of the page, every design has problems. *Bob
