I have a remote Jabsco 37202 3.3gpm with float switch that works good and only few years old but the pump is 15 years old not worth rebuilding

At the same time I want upgrade to higher capacity pump

This has a 3/4" hose plumed, I think 3/4 can handle about 20 gpm max

So if I increase to 10-12gpm

Any suggestions

Do you have other bilge pumps? That is awfully small as a primary bilge pump but it is great for getting that last inch of water that the submersibles won’t get.

How about keeping that one and add a submersible that uses a 1-1/8” or larger hose?

If you don’t want to install another hose, then a submersible rated at about 800 gph is about the best you can do.

I’m a fan of Rule pumps but Johnson and Whale are also good brands.

I would hope that you have another bilge pump and hopefully a high capacity one, or two, in addition to that one.

Yes I have two more.
