New Year's Day Cruise in SF Bay

First cruise of 2019! On New Year's Day my YC did a "circumnavigation" of Alameda Island. Beautiful clear, cool weather. The 2.5-hour cruise has been timelapsed to about 40 seconds.

The video looks great! I didn’t know one could pass under High Street. I thought High Street bridge was fixed. However, in mid-sentence, I checked the street (water) view on Google Earth and see the bridge is not fixed. I’ll have to make the run next time I’m in the neighborhood. Thanks!

Edit: I looked a bit closer. The current photo of Fruitvale Avenue bridge on Google Earth shows it as fixed (with current tide at 14-feet of clearance). True? My bridge clearance is 22’ 6”.

Edit #2: upon closer examination, I see that the Fruitvale bridge does open! I’ll stop editing now...
