My two pocket doors feel like either the hardware is worn out or more likely they just need a good clean. Does anyone have any experience removing these doors to service them? I’m hoping there is a trick that doesn’t involve removing the trim...
Thanks!

Can’t tell much from your photos, but most pocket doors are accessed by removing trim on the head and the pocket side.
Run a razor knife in the joints first, and pry it up carefully, just a bit at a time.
One of the most common ailments with pocket doors is too long fasteners on surrounding trim or wall material that interfere with the doors movement.
