Olsson MFG Davits communication

I recently ordered and received a davitt from Olsson MFG. I did a lot of research and for my application it seemed a good choice. It is bright and shinny and seems well made. However, communication with them is difficult.

I hope all is well at Olsson. If any one has insight as to why they wont answer the phone (6 days) or takes days to respond to e-mail please let me know. Has anyone else had this problem?

I just saw Sam two weeks ago. He was running in circles trying to get his boat off the dock for a good long vacation trip. My guess is he is in the San Juan islands and only getting his emails when he stops in port every couple of days.

Sam does have help running his shop now, so I'm surprised no one has answered. We're in Canada right now so I can't go by and check.
