Washer/Dryer Vented Combo

Greetings:

The last thread I saw on this subject was 2 years old. Our ASKO dryer will cost more to fix than it's worth so we will either buy a new one, or get a marine combo unit. Ours is vented and we are full time cruisers so we do all our laundry aboard.

Please share any current info, pros/cons about what you're using or wish you had. Thanks for chiming in.

Jim,
You might want to take a look at currently active thread "washer/dryer installation" under "Other Trawler Systems" this forum. On your Hatteras you may not encounter the space restrictions we face but I wish now I had further explored repair of old unit before removing same as replacement possibilities are looking grim.
