Yacht World Ipad App problems

Has anyone else had problems pulling up the Yacht World app by Dominion Marine Media? Mine always reports a connection failure when everything else on the iPad works fine. I looked on the appstore and find it isn't listed anymore. No tech support available it seems.

I think it could be the transition to HTTPS vs HTTP that most websites are doing.

I know we had someone from YachtWorld on here before...

Yes, it's been broken for days. The app has been removed from the App Store. No clue what's going on, but if they think I am going to be happy using the web version, they are nuts. Too bad too. I spend a LOT of time using that app. Or did...

One would think they could post something, but it's radio silence from them. Very difficult to understand.

I never knew such a thing existed until this thread. It's not Yachtworld that provided the app but a third party. In this case I question whether Yachtworld was even aware the app existed until it went all buggy and wonky. Perhaps that last sentence covered both the cause and effect of the unceremonious demise of the app. I know the iTunes AppStore has a low tolerance for apps with dodgy code.

Dominion marine media is the parent company of YachtWorld, or was until they changed it recently. I've made several inquiries about it with no response so far.
