Window sliders on island gypsy 34

The windows in our Island Gypsy 34 have little plastic sliders mounted on the windows themselves to open and shut the windows. They come unglued and fall off easily. Can I glue them back on the window permanently? What should I use?

PL Glue ,AKA Gorilla Glue at 3x the price.

From a craft store you can buy large clear suction cups. Mine were about 3" in diameter. They lost suction about every 6 months.
