Victoria Memorial Day weekend?

My wife and figured out we have 4 days free next weekend. We got the idea of heading to Victoria and staying Friday and Saturday night. The problem is that it is Memorial Day weekend so lots of US boats. I also think it is the Swiftsure weekend. Is there any chance of being able to reserve a slip in Victoria at this lat date?
