Anyone tried one of the "mail order" Sunbrella covers for your inflatable ?

Such as... Boat Covers | BuyMarineCovers.com

Tempting as of the two custom canvas makers around here, one has the price too high (combined with never having done one like this before), and the other will never get back to me with a quote (which doesn't bode well for them actually doing it in reasonable time even if the quote is good)

So, wondering if the "Buymarinecovers.com" cover would truly be to my dinghy* specs or in reality some oversize thing meant for various dinghys about my size ? And if no knowledge of that company here, do you have one you could recommend ?

There are plenty of options from just ordering the cover and making your own frame to the whole banana if you want.

All much cheaper but usually to a lower standard of workmanship.

That may be a "who cares" if for a dingy and limited use.

My Bimini for my trawler only cost something like $160....I had an existing frame and parts to change it from 3 bow to 4 bow as I wanted it.

I bought a Taylor cover for a fishing boat I have. I used their online guide and it fit pretty good. Figure out which one you want and ask a couple of dealers to quote you on it.
