Jenny a 40 foot Bristol Trawler

Health reasons force me to abandon my plans of restoring her just short of completion. Re-powered with John Deere 145 HP. Put in lots of hours sprucing her up. She is a Loop veteran. I had planned on doing the Loop but cannot. She is hull number one... hand laid fiberglas out of Rumery's in Maine. Great trawler. Very little bright work. Dinghy with outboard incl. Water maker, lots of electronics, bow thruster, large salon, kitchen with booth. @1200 hours on engine and @900 on gen set. Documented. Can be seen in Jacksonville, Fl. Sacrifice f0r 35,000. Only serious inquiries. Photos to follow. Call Steve @904-252-2284

Sounds like a really nice opportunity for someone. A Ted Hood design if memory serves me right, and a classic (IMHO -- and I emphasize the 'H').

I know this boat it is in my Marina, Very shippy looking. I hope the pics come soon, I've always wanted to see the inside.

There's a lot to like on the exterior. Looks like she was well loved.

Sorry for the health change. Life is full of challenges at times. Looking forward to seeing the pics

I think that video was shot before the present owners bought her. She was nice then, and I think she has been improved since. I saw the present owner working on her in GCS after the purchase and he has put money into her since then. Good luck with your sale! Someones going to get a nice rig.

And again I will ask: where are all you dang new guys asking for advice about finding great rigs for a song? Here is one with damn few compromises on the East Coast. Grab your surveyor and a small sack of cash and go buy a sweetheart of a boat with a recent re power.

Pm sent - we would like to see Jenny

Amen, brother. Amen. That one is a steal, I think. I would love to have her! Now, if I could just sell the Gulfstar . . . :-)

No offense but if you want to see her reread post number one in this thread and give the owner Steve a call and make arrangements to see it.

No offense taken - I am not in a place where I can call for a day or so and wanted to try to reach out. No worries - if PM doesn't work I planned on calling.

Have a great day!:D

John
