From the Grand Banks Owner's forum.... Tired of paging through chart books, the owner of this GB42 woody decided to put the chart he uses the most where it will always be in plain sight.

hmmm... Guess he's not interested in resale value.
 
Probably just a wrap. Peel off when "over it".
 
Looks like a photoshop job to me. Notice that the image is on the mast too. And it lines up just too well between the hull and the cabin - at the angle the photo was taken I'd expect to see the lines offset a bit.
