I saw the whole thing. That was the clumsiest crook I've ever seen. The Marines never touched him.

Slip and fall accidents can be quite severe. Lucky for the crook those Marines where there to provide assistance to him and prevent further injury due to his clumsiness.

Some times justice is dealt in strange ways. It's a shame the curb wasn't there to keep someone from falling into the Grand Canyon. Then we wouldn't have wasted taxpayer money on medical expenses and a trial.
