Just finished watching the beautiful fireworks show in New Bern, NC with many beautiful boats in the harbor. Inspecting great boats in Morehead, NC on Saturday and Sunday in Oriental, NC. Wish us luck!

Sat on the Town Docks in Beaufort Tuesday through Thursday (fireworks waaay in the distance at Atlantic Beach and Morehead City) then moved to Morehead City Yacht Basin for Friday night. Saturday night we were up-close-and-personal for the fireworks in Oriental for Croakerfest! Great week of vacation. (although we had *planned* to goto Manteo, but early week weather prevented it)

New Bern's celebration must have been great. We did that a few years ago and it was beautiful. With the SW winds that day, I'll bet the anchorage was PACKED!

We were in Beautiful Beaufort NC and Sandcastle showed up! Then We went over to Shackleford Banks and Sandcastle was there. Went to Morehead City Yacht Basin, and guess what? Sandcastle showed up! And the whole way home, Sandcastle was right there on our stern, till she cut a marker and got ahead of us!

Had a GREAT July 4th with a little group of good friends! Can't wait to do it again! Blog update coming soon!!
