- so you have the same 'false floor' under the cabin floor that covers the actual bilge that I have in my Cheer-Man PT38.
In my case it had a lot of water under it and the plywood under the layer of fiberglass is rotten... I have drilled two 4" holes to remove the water and unless I cut three or four new hatches [like your single hatch] I really can't do much with it other than install a pump in the lowest point to keep it dry.
