Yes I agree, the PO managed to install 2 solar panels at the rear of the cabin roof, you can hardly notice them.
I'm looking to upgrade the sounder, it has a Si-tex cvs-106 at the moment, I suspect it's about 25 years old, I'm looking at the raymarine a87 or Lowrance HDS10 gen2 with down scan sonar, trouble is by the time you buy a decent transducer "1kw" the package comes to about $3k!! ouch.
Forgot to mention..gale force winds today, all morning gusting over 80km/hr, it's blowing the tops off the breakers, my old golden Lab didn't stand a chance the wind knocked him on his butt!!.
