• Trawler Forum Classified Posting Guidelines
    • We expect ads placed to be related to the topic of this forum.
    • Ads that are inactive for 180 days or longer may be moved to the Classified Archive and locked. Ads may be relisted if the item is still current. Alternatively, owners may contact a Moderator to reinstate an archived ad.
    • The Classified section is for advertising, members are asked to refrain from posting discussions to a Classified Ad. Please start a discussion thread or PM the owner for discussions.
    • Do not hijack another member's ad by posting unsolicited commentary. Example: if a member has posted an ad offering an anchor for sale, don't add a post to his thread stating that you have an anchor you'd like to get rid of also. Posts deemed as unsolicited commentary may be removed.
    • For your own security, do NOT include your e-mail or phone number in your ad. Instead request that interested parties contact you via PM (private message) to provide owners contact info.
    • Brokers, Dealers, or those with a commercial interest in a sale are prohibited from posting in Classifieds.
    • Only Trawler Forum Commercial Members may post ads in the Commercial section. You must be a designated Commercial Member to start threads in this section of the forum. (Contact a moderator if you have questions about this)
    • Don't post links to commercial sites where you are also offering the boat, such as eBay, Craigslist or Yachtworld, etc. unless it contains a more in-depth description, additional information or pictures.
    • Place only one ad per item (you may repost only when your ad has expired and been removed).
    For Sale ads MUST include:
    • Asking price
    • Location
    • A Basic Description
    • Clear statement whether you are the owner or non-owner (posting for friend, relative, or acquaintance)
    • Don't forget to select: FOR SALE, WANTED or FREE in the Title block.
All ads should also include ALL the following:
    • Pertinent maintenance and condition information
    • Exterior picture or pictures
    • Interior picture or pictures (boats)
For maximum impact & exposure, it is suggested the Ad Title include: Year, Manufacturer, Model, Length, Price, and Location or at the very top of the ad body. When your item has sold or the ad is no longer relevant: Please post a Reply to the ad that the item is SOLD or click "Report Post" on post 1 of the thread to ask a moderator to archive the ad. Ads may be moved or removed by our staff at any time for any reason. All ads must comply with site rules. Thanks for your cooperation.
  • Avoid Scams.

Our classifieds are free and anyone registered here is welcome to post an ad.
Be aware that there are unscrupulous folks out there. Avoid any interaction that seems odd to you or feels wrong. Inquiries from unknown buyers, buyers agents and other non-traditional approaches should be treated with extreme caution.

Beware of unsolicited contacts offering to put you in touch with someone else who is buying or selling via e-mail or text.

Do not post your e-mail address or phone number in a classifieds ad.

Hints that you may be dealing with a Scammer:
    • Seller or Buyer approaches you via a direct email or PM and then steers you to an off-site communication method (text or email).
    • No posts or very few forum posts.
    • Recent forum membership
    • Insists on conducting negotiations via email or text rather than PM
    • Requires payment via Bank Transfer, BitCoin/CryptoCurrency, WesternUnion or other unsecured method.
    • Buyer or Seller suggests Paypal "Friends and Family" payment. Paypal is a good way to arrange payment but an invoice for goods and services should be used rather than "Friends and Family". "Friends and Family" avoids fees BUT there is no recourse if the transaction runs aground. Friends and Family is for gifts only. There is no protection for Friends and Family transactions, so never ever use it to buy something.
    • Declines to allow viewing the item before proceeding with the transaction.

SIMPLIFIED
2001 ENDEAVOUR TC 36 TRAWLERCAT
Location: Merritt Island, Florida
***Lots of Upgrades***
$179,900
Simplified is a 36’ Endeavour TrawlerCat with a 15' beam and a draft under 3’6”. This gives a very large living space similar length monohulls just don’t have, but unlike some wider catamarans, it fits into most marina slips. Twin Yanmar diesel engines allow cruising at 8 knots burning only 2.5 gallons per hour. This boat has been outfitted for cruising The Great Loop. She has undergone considerable upgrading, including an upgrade to 50-amp shore power. Twin 16,000 btu air conditioners, soft starts, all new ductwork, pumps, hoses and all associated hardware new in July 2018. She will be sold in turn-key condition with everything needed to cruise comfortably, and immediately start your own Great Loop.

ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT
The twin catamaran hulls give more room onboard than any 36' monohull. There's standing headroom throughout the boat, including the main salon. The interior is white with teak accents. Simplified can sleep three couples in private staterooms with large, comfortable beds. New mattresses installed in Jan 2019. The master stateroom is located just forward of the salon and can be open to the salon or closed off for privacy. There are guest staterooms located aft in each hull with a bedside table, hanging locker and drawers. Large overhead hatches allow the fresh air flow through the cabin. All three staterooms are located on opposite ends of the yacht. Note: the mattress has been removed from the port stateroom for additional storage.

A full-size galley is in the port hull and a large head with separate shower is in the starboard hull. The single head is equipped with a Jabsco electric toilet with freshwater flush. The black water holding tank capacity is 30 gal. The freshwater capacity is 115 gal. Forward of the starboard side head is a large separate shower. Larger, 11 gallon hot water heater with mixing crossover installed in November 2016 (water heater is also heated by main engine for hot water while underway). Forward of the shower is the generator room. The door between shower and generator room replaced in May 2017.

The port side galley is equipped with a Nova Kool 7.5 cu ft fridge with freezer installed new in September 2021, a two-burner propane stove with oven, newer microwave, U-line ice-maker, spice rack and twin stainless-steel sinks. New galley and head faucets were installed in 2015. A 1200-watt inverter provides 120V ac power without having to run the generator while cruising. Shore power was upgraded from 30-amp 120v to 50-amp 240v allowing you to run EVERYTHING on the boat at once. She holds 300 gallons of diesel in a single tank that supplies both engines and the generator.

The salon has plenty of room for owners and guests to stretch out and relax. The salon table quickly folds out of the way or expands so a crew of six can dine together. There is another table in the wheelhouse that seats four. The salon and wheelhouse cushions were replaced in 2019 as was the wheelhouse canvas wheelhouse and Eisenglass enclosure.

The helm station provides great visibility and is fully enclosed with glass windshields forward, canvas panels with eisenglass and screens. The enclosure has removable screens on the sides and aft giving the option of being completed closed in, screened or completely open. The hardtop provides a shaded and well protected bridge deck. The wheelhouse is completely weather tight to allow entertaining in all weather and temperature conditions. The wheelhouse has custom multi-color LED lighting operated by wireless remote. All the port windows have bug screens allowing a nice breeze while at anchor. The aft deck has a custom-built rain/sun canopy installed in 2019. There is a Magma BBQ with 20lb propane for the grilling duties. New SeaDeck flooring installed in 2015.

This vessel comes with all service records from when it was new along with many service manuals and owner’s manuals. Anything questionable has been replaced and/or upgraded which includes many hardwall hoses on the machinery, sanitation, and air conditioning.

We LOVE Simplified however we are ready to start our next adventure which is why she is for sale.

As a suggestion, I could not find where the boat is located. Detailed description looks great, but you may want to add location next to price so folks can quickly qualify themselves.

Best success selling the boat.

Peter

Thanks for the suggestion. Simplified is located on Merritt Island in Florida. I've updated the heading to include location.
