Ah! Scott beat me to the likely answer. These may be drain hoses from the engine room vent boxes. I have similar hoses on my 1992 36' Grand Banks and have traced them back to the vent boxes. If you pop the vent grills off on the outside you may find the drains. Hal

Check the pressure relief valve on the hot water heater. I had a similar issue and found mine was leaking a small amount of water but just enough to cause the fresh water pump to cycle periodically.
