    removing teak deck 1995 GB

    With the teak removed you will have a gazillion empty screw holes. Filling them all will be time consuming. When I removed old teak decks I laid down a couple of layers of 10 oz. mat to cover the holes and prevent leakage.

    If you can't find the exact replacement it might be possible to thread a piece of bronze pipe into a standard stern bearing and have a machine shop turn the inboard end down to fit the shaft seal.

    Double stainless clamps on all hoses?

    Not quite. Fuel fill and exhaust hoses are the only hoses required to be to be double clamped. ABYC recommendation and federal Regulation. Other hoses can be double clamped provided the hose barb is long enough. Double clamping on a too short hose barb can damage the hose.
